We do not accept insurance for our visits, but you may be able to use your benefits with our third-party providers and prescriptions. If your plan is a PPO or otherwise offers out-of-network benefits, you may be able to contact your insurance to reimburse your visit.
All monthly office visits are $250 for pain management and suboxone treatment. Services provided by third-parties may include additional costs, contact us for more details.
We accept cash and all major credit cards, including mobile pay (i.e. Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Telehealth is NOT available for initial appointments, but follow-up visits may be eligible. Additional charges will apply for this convenience.
