Appointment Policy

Effective February 2026

As of February 2026, the clinic has revised its appointment system. This is to improve patient wait times and provide better service during your visit.

What This Means

1. To best guarantee being seen by the office, you should have a confirmed appointment scheduled. You should confirm your appointment at least one day beforehand. You will receive a notification through text message or phone call 3 days before your scheduled appointment.
2. Confirmed appointments have priority over non-confirmed ones. If you arrive at your scheduled appointment but have NOT confirmed it beforehand, on busy days you may experience delays.
3. If you come in without a scheduled appointment, you may not be seen that day if the day is fully booked.
4. If you have arrived 10 minutes past your scheduled time, you may be required to reschedule.
5. Same-day appointments can be scheduled but are subject to availability.
6. Phone appointments can be scheduled, but must be specifically requested. Eligibility for phone appointments lies solely within the doctor's discretion.
